Leaders of Tomorrow
This project is for youth workers and young people who want to make a real difference in the work they do with others.
We want to give you practical tools and skills you can use from day one: how to lead a group, how to plan and run a project, how to handle conflicts when they come up, and how to make sure no one is left out.
In short, everything you need to connect better with the young people around you.
BootCamp in Rome
One of the core activities of the project is the Leadership BootCamp in Rome, an intensive training event aimed at developing key leadership and project management skills for youth workers.
Rome Hosts the European Bootcamp for Youth Workers
